PROCUREMENT NOTICE
REQUIREMENT: PR7620746 UPDF HIV PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REVIEW MEETING SEPT 11-13, 2018
The US mission in Kampala intends to purchase the services as described below. Provide quotations/proposals for the below mentioned.
THE WORKSHOP IS INTENDED TO BRING THE LEADERSHIP OF THE MILITARY ON BOARD TO COMBAT HIV & AIDS IN THE INSTITUTION AND THE MILITARY COMMUNITY.
DOD/PEPFAR invites responsible vendors to provide quotations for events management support services for a two days’ workshop in Kampala 11-13 September, 2018.
Participants will report on Tuesday September 11th, 2018 and depart on Thursday September 13th, 2018 after lunch. The meeting will attract participants who will travel from different military bases across the country.
NOTE: Dates for meeting are subject to change.
DOD/PEPFAR requires the service of an events planning and management firm to provide the following services for the workshop.
- Provide conference package (that includes transport refund) & accommodation for 78 people, and meals for 82 participants). Transport for a round trip for all participants should be at a cost not exceeding Shs 7,210,000
- Provide accommodation and incidental allowance to 78 participants from up country for 2 nights.
- Provide an on-site coordinator to attend the meeting
The successful candidate should have experience in handling large events of > 50 people or more as well as experience in working with armed forces.
