VENUE HIRE
The U.S. American Embassy in Kampala has a requirement for a venue for a Half Conference Day event scheduled to take place on Friday, January 20, 2023.
Prospective vendors are encouraged to review the requirement and provide a clear proposal in response to the requirement on or before the deadline stated below. All bids must be accompanied with NDAA representation.

Conference Space
Hire of a conference space for 700 people to include the following.
- Meeting date 20th January 2023
- Half day Conference Space for 700 Pax
- Stationary (writing pads, pens, flipchart & markers)
- LCD projector and screen
- Public address system
- Wireless internet.
- Preferred Setup is on Tables
- Indoor Arrangement. (Hall)
Food and refreshments
- Conference Package for 700 pax
The provider shall allow for at least 48hours request for change (add/remove) in event services
