The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A virtual pre- proposal conference will be held on Tuesday August 15, 2023, at 13:00Hrs EAT.
If you are to attend the pre- proposal conference, please submit details of your names and email address, latest Monday August 14, 2023, at 10:00Hrs EAT. You can submit this on Kampalabid@State.gov.
Quotations are due by Wednesday August 23, 2023, at 10:00am EAT. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to Kampalabid@State.gov. Questions shall be received during the bidding period until two days to close of bid.
