The U.S. Embassy in Uganda has released the second iteration of the “COVID-19 Resource Toolkit” in collaboration with Uganda’s Ministry of Health and other partners to provide updated access to key COVID-19 information and resources across Ugandan society. The toolkit includes new and additional links to videos, public service announcements, standard operating procedures, and even more downloadable and printable content on COVID-19 signs and symptoms, prevention and home care, mask wearing, social distancing, hand hygiene and other health-related information.
“Rather than sending a traditional New Year’s greeting, I am sending tools and resources for each of you to use and share with those you love. Celebrate the beginning of 2021 by sharing hope and strength in the form of measures to keep safe and healthy, so that optimism can continue to grow throughout 2021. We can all make up for the missed hugs, celebrations, travel, and other regular activities when we are no longer at risk.” –U.S. Ambassador Natalie E. Brown said on the release of the second “COVID-19 Resource Toolkit.”
Please share this COVID-19 Resource Toolkit widely via social media, WhatsApp, and/or email with people you know. Use and share this knowledge for a safe and healthy 2021! Check back regularly for updated toolkits. Thank you for joining us in the fight against COVID-19!
